We Will Rise Again

The coming storm
 A force from the south
 They wash us clean from the earth
 No quarter, no surrender
 Our customs vanish to the dirt
 We are born of this land
 A tyrants punishment to clear the hills
 Banners move in the wind
 A cool morning breeze
 I hear a voice in the air
 Warning us of what will come
 We will not escape this death
 But we will rise again

 The sound of cavalry approaching i can hear
 As my heart sinks now sets in the fear
 I will not turn and run i'll face my last day
 Standing here on fields of green
 The lines form before me
 Outnumbered we will be
 Awaiting the charge that will surely be the end of me
 But we stand for a greater cause, that one day we are free
 On this day I will rest
 I'll return to the soil of that land that I love
 All around me the ground soaked in blood
 Falling like flies pounded to the dirt
 The charge is quick and we will fall one by one
 But this not the end our people will rise again
