Long before my heart attack, I vow to set things straight
 Certain times we all relate in speech we imitate
 All the words I wish I'd penned, the thoughts gone unexpressed
 The illiterate novelist of memoirs meaningless
 The chameleon that lies in the sun
 A mysterious soul to no one
 Identifying, identify me
 Long before my will was dead, I saw my message spread
 Entrusting nearly everyone, the king of fools I led
 Confined to boundaries I half confessed to all my wary guests
 Long before my heart arrest I'll tell them who I am
 It's a symptom of being alone
 When your house never feels like a home
 Searching for someone, I need a confidant
 Called a reward of intimacy, somehow it eluded me
 Someone to love you no matter what you need
 Before my heart attack I'm coming clean without looking back
