 Take your eyes off your goals and your dreams
 Put'em in the hands of the almighty king
 His will guaranteed to truly help you find vision
 I know it frustrating but just trust the Lord's decision
 His word never void destiny will be fulfilled
 Keep standing on the promises and walking in his will
 The valley called the world distracts us with our desires
 To keep our mind away from the truth he requires
 The devil is a liar
 A real deceptive foe
 Hold the hand of Jesus Christ and he'll show you where to go
 Blinded by the trials and tribulations that I see
 But I fight to the light so the darkness can flee
 Be still in his presence so darkness can be
 The footstool I stomp on the head in victory
 The only way I live is if he lives in me
 The focal point of my faith I'm the branch of his tree
 FOCUS on the kingdom above just

 FOCUS on the truth and the light just

 Surrounded in a world were sin is expanding
 So keep you mind on the kingdom above
 Cause your mind on the things of the earth show no love
 The way is the Lord not the swag that you keep
 Jesus is the light you been looking to seek The
 Blind and the weak find their strength in the flesh
 But their heart is quickly dying like cardiac arrest
 Sometimes I must confess falling short of his glory
 Walking in my own self-worth and not his story
 Lord please forgive me I'm just a wretched man
 I really don't deserve your grace or your perfect plan
 Yet I still stand only cause you give me strength
 The Cross on Calvary reminds me daily to repent
 Looking to the king as a husband and a father
 Cause the king I follow in my house will surely help me prosper
