There was a girl I knew from life not long ago
 I took a walk with her along a winding road
 We lost our way that day and she never made it back
 Her candle's burning still, but the world has turned to black

 I 'm still reeling from the fall
 Ghostly spirit now you haunt me every night
 Your apparition there in the last dim rays of light
