Wake up feeling like a
 new day needs me
 but the clock reads three
 and i slump back into my bed
 Motivation feeds
 the hungry mind
 So I guess starving tells me
 something I knew all along
 Spend the day reflecting
 my mistakes
 In the end, it means nothing
 If I can't pursue my dreams
 Fall asleep into a
 darker place
 where my mind shuts off for the day
 and recollects in peace

 Truth is, I never changed
 Black to white is still grey
