While we all get on the same page
 When we all connect to the present moment together
 Because you may be carrying something with the past into this moment
 Or something about the future so lets get comfortable
 Lets find a place we can just settle in
 If you wanna lay down or lie-down or if you like to sit
 Just get comfortable and... Lets close your eyes
 Mand just feel yourself settling together
 Lets take a long slow deep breath in
 Enter it to let that go
 Allow your shoulders to soften little bit
 Lie your body to relax
 And lets breathe in again together long slow deep breath in
 And watch that breath as it comes in
 And watch that breath as it gently leaves you
 There is no risk to breathe right now
 There is nothing else to do except breathe, hear, now
 You may be carrying some type of energy about the past
 May be something that happened
 5 minutes ago, 5 days ago, 5 years ago or 55 years ago
 Let that go now, it can come back to you, right now
 Watch your breath, witness, the sacred, precious, present moment
 Many of you may be thinking of the future
 Making lists, making plans, trying to figure something out
 Just release that for now, just feel it back to your breath right now
 All those things will be there when you step back out of this moment

 Feel the universe gently kiss your soul
 Relax you are whole
 And pure
