When you're stuck at home
 There all alone
 And no one's allowed to go out
 You can't form a plan
 Pass time best you can
 Can't take much more of the doubt
 I open my screen
 Search in between
 All my work still expected to do
 I find a room
 A 2D Sonic boom
 Full of voices and songs what's to lose
 I'm safe and afar
 You can't see my flaws
 Or hear my noises I mute when you talk
 I'm just a face, taking up space

 I get to peek
 Week after week
 From my own little room with a view
 I can look in your eyes
 And you don't realize
 What might actually uncover the truth
 I'm completely aware
 That I'm enjoying my stare
 Without it even looking so strange
