Just yesterday I could have doused the world

 from my eyes
 Just yesterday I could have let the ground
 soak me up, I could have used you love
 filling me.
 And now today, everything is flat.
 But still I see shaded fields
 and pastel skies.
 And beauties dying under their skin
 and loved ones staying in their own beds
 and I remember why yesterday was so beautiful.
 Just yesterday I could have drained and spilled
 on the floor there in the middle of everyone.
 Just yesterday I could have let the wind
 spread me out I could have rolled and crashed everywhere.
