Like a lot of people I have been going through all my past correspondence and emails with Steve And there's one that I am particularly fond of It's from when I was in previews for the musical Baby And one night, I got to the stage door And the doorman handed me two envelopes One was from Steve and the other was from Hal Prince I opened Steve's first, and it read "I don't care what Hal says, you were really good in the show" Then I opened Hal's "I don't care what Steve says, you were really good in the show" If I had to choose a favorite Sondheim musical It would have to be Sunday in the Park with George And when I was putting together this show I, I made a list of songs I wanted to do, and this was top of the list The only problem is it's a duet So I thought, "Who could I get to sing with me?
