there is a hotel
 over on mission hill
 and it's a decent place to stay

 i always stayed away
 i heard it was dangerous
 they cleaned up mission hill

 but i don't know cuz all i know
 it never changes in this room

 love is alive it's real
 people are breaking through
 having emotional moments
 that don't destroy you
 sounds coming from upstairs
 music and dancing feet
 i'm welcome to join the party

 is how to be by myself
 i don't know what they know
