The Benefit Of Side Projects

Yeah, I think it doesn't, you know, stepping out outside of your norm
 Um, always for me, no matter what I've done outside the band
 Always, uh, it's always nice to get back to what I do
 You know, in, in, in this camp here
 Um, there's always something inspiring about stepping out
 And you know, exercising a voice that you may not utilize within the compound of Interpol
 Uh, it's always, it's always been a positive thing
 I don't think I ever would have suggested that I bring a bass that I not
 You know, just played bass on a record
 So, I think it really helped, you know, this album in AdSense
 It's a fortunate thing to get to change hats every once in a while
