Virgil put his hand unto mine and smiled

 A cacophony of languages, deformities of speech
 Words which are pain itself laced with anger
 Deep hoarse voices and hands which clapped in a tumor
 Like in a perpetuated sandstorm
 Who are these people so crushed with pain?
